Düsseldorf relates this drawing to a famous German fairy tale called 'Anna Zumstein.' In 'Anna', a fat frau from Munich and a beergarden maid from Vienna come to the city of Düsseldorf to conquer her. But Anna, realizing the dire situation, calls upon all of her dark powers and casts a spell of Interminable Rutting upon the frauleins. They quickly leave, saving Düsseldorf, and return to their hometowns to spread the clap to all virile males.
Düsseldorf created 356 paintings with Anna as his subject and this is his least famous.
