James Bouncer is usually known for his sculptures involving incarceration or restraint. A young artist who grew up around the great, elder drinking painters, Bouncer was known for showing restraint. Unfortunately for him, this restraint involved others, instead of himself, and eventually the art world had tired of this mediocre sculptor who liked to handcuff major artists to their barstools, and no dealer would handle his work. Bouncer switched to painting things that made him paranoid in 2000. Hence, The Watcher.
